Sell On Hand

Inventory and checkout software for vendors

Sell On Hand

Know what you have. Take the sale. Keep stock accurate.

One system for live inventory, event payments, customer leads, and follow-up texts. Built for people who sell face to face.

The problems we solve

Selling in person should not mean guessing your counts, retyping leads, or reconciling payment tools at midnight.

  • You lose track of inventory mid-event

Notepad counts drift. Two people sell the same last unit. End of day is a recount from memory.

  • Payment and stock live in different places

Square takes the card. Your sheet tracks qty. Nothing connects them, so sold items stay marked available.

  • Customer leads pile up on paper

Drawing cards and sign-up slips sit in a box until someone types them in. By then the follow-up window is gone.

  • Texting your list is expensive and capped

Tools like Project Broadcast charge monthly and limit volume. You need individual texts, not a group thread, at a price that scales.

Run your booth with confidence

Everything you need at the event, connected so nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Know what is on hand

Load inventory before the event. Update prices and descriptions anytime. Feature what you want to push. Live counts stay visible to you and your shoppers.

  • Checkout that updates stock

Accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash. When payment clears, quantity drops automatically. No separate inventory step.

  • Sell from their phone or yours

Share your page so shoppers browse and pay on their own device, or run the till yourself for walk-ups. Same inventory either way.

  • Capture leads and text them later

Save contacts with tags for newsletter, party, or join. Send individual mass texts by category, with a link back to your page.

  • See what sold

A sales log shows what moved so you know what to reorder. Cash and card in one place.

  • Keep your online shop separate

Link out to Shopify, a replicated corporate shop, or any store you already run. We do not take a cut of those orders.

How it works

Three steps from setup to follow-up.

  1. 1

    Set up your inventory

Add products, prices, and quantities before you leave for the event.

  2. 2

    Go live at the booth

Share your page or check customers out yourself. Stock and payment stay in one loop.

  3. 3

    Follow up after

Review sales, reorder what moved, and text the contacts you captured.

Simple, transparent pricing

A small monthly fee for the platform. Card sales at events include processing in the rate (5.5%, $1 minimum). Cash is free on our side. Branding is the only plan upgrade.

Frequently asked questions

What does Sell On Hand do?
It is inventory and checkout software for people who sell face to face. You track what you brought, take payment at the event, and inventory updates when the sale completes. Contacts and texting are included so leads do not sit on paper.
What does it cost?
Standard is $5 per month. Branded is $20 per month for your own domain and branded checkout. Card sales at events add 5.5% inclusive of processing, with a $1 minimum per sale. Cash has no fee from us.
Why is there a minimum on card sales?
Card networks charge a fixed amount on every transaction. Below about $18.19, the $1 minimum applies so small baskets still cover processing. Above that, you pay 5.5%.
Can I keep using Square?
Event checkout on Sell On Hand runs through Stripe today so payment and inventory stay connected. Square as a payment rail while we remain the inventory system is on the roadmap.
Do you take a cut of my online shop?
No. Links to Shopify, corporate replicated shops, or any other online store are outbound only. Our card fee applies only to event checkout we process.
Who is this for?
Vendors, direct sellers, pop-ups, craft markets, and anyone selling limited stock in person who needs live inventory, checkout, and customer follow-up in one place.
